What is ZERO

ZERO is our ground based starting sensor.

ZERO uses a laser that shoots just above floor level to create a beam that can be triggered on a lifting hand, in three point starts, or a foot in a standing start.

ZERO should be positioned on it stainless steel mounting plate to give it stability, as should the supplied reflector.

The athletes hand or foot should be no closer than 45cm (18″) from Zero. The reflector can be placed up to 2m away from.

ZERO works particularly well when ‘Steady Start’ mode is selected.

The ZERO sensor like its big brother MOVE, can also be configured to measure reaction time from green light on to first movement.
