A customer asked this question and provided the graphic below. Our answer was as follows

The coloured ‘Halo’ around the gate, which will also be represented by flashing (in the same colour) of the gate itself, tells me that both gates are not aligned.
You may have advanced to this stage without following the directive ” Place and align gates with corresponding colors as indicated” on the previous setup page.”
A simple mistake, but something that can be quite stressful when uner the pressure of testing a large group.
It is important to follow the setup steps.
